Inspired by the design of an 18th century French planter’s house, Long River Lodge has achieved a unique, relaxing environment to welcome the hunter at the end of a day packed with non-stop action.
Cabins feature extra long custom made beds, roomy showers and deep shaded porches to help our guests unwind and be well-rested for the next day of shooting activities. Our guest cabins can be set upto sleep from 1 to 4 guests to keep fathers and sons or friends together.
Dining
Our Gathering House offers a dining room to accommodate groups of all sizes, a fully stocked bar with a giant flat screen TV, and many outdoor seating areas to relax with a glass of wine and just enjoy the evening.
When it comes to dining, Long River Lodge is in a class by itself. Main courses featuring game and fish harvested locally are prepared “Cajun Style” by our chefs and staff and served either indoors or outdoors. The dining experience by itself is guaranteed to make your visit to LRL one to remember time after time. Selections prepared by our professional pastry chef might make you want to skip dinner and go straight for dessert.
Wine
The staff at LRL chooses house wines to perfectly compliment the evening’s fare. An excellent selection of optional wines is always on hand.

Feel like a cigar after dinner? LRL has a wide selection of premium cigars on hand for you to enjoy in the rocking chair of your choice.
